Yangbin Wang - Founder and Chief Executive Officer |
|
| Prior to founding Vobile, Yangbin was the CTO of Onewave Technologies following the acquisition of the IPTV business of YZTECH by Onewave in 2004. He was the founder and CEO of YZTECH, a leading IPTV technology provider in China famous for the landmark deployment of its IPTV platform by Hangzhou Netcom/WASU. It was the first and largest commercial IPTV service offering in China. Previously, Yangbin was the founder and CEO of EnjoyWeb, which pioneered the time-shift delivery of video contents via broadband Internet. In addition, Yangbin was director of software architecture at Oak Technology's Broadband Consumer Group. He also participated in several startups. At the outset of his career, he was a research engineer at Compression Labs (CLI) and General Instrument (GI). Yangbin earned a BS degree from Zhejiang University in China and an MSEE degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He also completed the executive education program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |

Jian Lu, Ph. D. - Founder and Chief Technology Officer |

| Prior to founding Vobile, Jian was a principal engineer and scientist at Apple Computer. He joined Apple in 1996, and led video codec development for Apple's video applications including QuickTime, Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, iDVD and iMovie. He also served as principal representative for Apple in the development of JPEG-2000 and MPEG-4 image and video coding standards. He is the inventor of 7 U.S. patents in video processing, compression and delivery. In 2000 and 2001, Jian was Chief Scientist at EnjoyWeb, where he architected the Managed Media Delivery System and managed the company's patent portfolio. Earlier, Jian was a Member of Research Staff at the Lawrence Livermore National Lab. Jian earned a Ph.D. degree in EE from Dartmouth College, an MSEE degree from China Academy of Railway Sciences, and a BS degree from Zhejiang University, China. |

Mike Witte - VP of Business Development and Sales |

| Mike has more than 20 years of experience in high-tech including senior management roles with content-management, ecommerce and Internet companies. Prior to Vobile, Mike was Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Advestigo, where he was responsible for all North American business and strategic partnerships. Before Advestigo, he was Vice President of Business Development and Sales at BitPass, an ecommerce solution provider (acquired by Digital River), and headed Major Account Sales for secure content-management solution provider Macrovision, where he successfully developed and launched an industry leading web-based P2P anti-piracy service for the global movie, music, games and software industries. Earlier, Mike co-founded FlexStar Technology, a leading hard drive test equipment manufacturer and helped launch Seiko Instruments' PC Products division. Mike holds a BA degree in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara. |

Satya Narayan, CPA - VP of Finance and Controller |

| Satya has over 12 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance. Before joining Vobile, Satya was CFO at Silicon Valley startup companies Garuda Networks and CM Innovations. He was the Corporate Controller at EnjoyWeb. Satya's career background encompasses both startup and large established corporations, with a distinct expertise in high-tech growth companies. Previously, Satya worked at large technology companies Philips, Westinghouse Security and Sentient Networks. He also worked at the public accounting firms Petrinovich Pugh & Company, LLP, where he specialized in audit and tax. Satya earned his MBA degree from Wayne State University, Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. |

Tom Wang - VP of Engineering |

| Tom has over 12 years of experience in software development and engineering management. Prior to Vobile, he was Video Architect and Engineering Manager at WebEx Communications (acquired by Cisco). He was responsible for WebEx Connect platform development and led new product and service prototyping effort. Earlier, he was Lead Software Engineer at WebTV Networks (acquired by Microsoft) and Senior Software Engineer at Philips Multimedia Center. Tom earned MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California and BS degree from Tsinghua University. |

Usha Srinivasan - VP of Product Marketing |

| Usha has seventeen years experience in High-Tech Product Management and Marketing, Business Strategy, M&A, and Product Development. She has a successful track-record launching new products in various high-tech markets. Prior to joining Vobile, Usha led product management for Macrovision's products and network services aimed at movie studios, music labels and game publishers collectively responsible for over $100 Million in annual revenues. Usha has also held lead product management positions at Linuxcare and Inktomi. Usha has a MS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. |

Kasey Cassidy - Director of Professional Services |

| Kasey has over 14 years of experience in management roles of leading professional services practices, selling and managing complex information technology implementations and leading new product development initiatives. Prior to Vobile, he was a Senior Project Manager at the ITtoolbox division of the Corporate Executive Board Company (NASDAQ: EXBD). Earlier, he was Director of Business Development and Technical Services at EnjoyWeb. He also managed field application engineering at Captaris, a leading integrated electronic document delivery software and services firm. He was Manager of IT Management Consulting at Ernst & Young. Besides, he also served in health care and global transportation industries. Kasey earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. |
